Experience the ultimate Age Group World Championships experience with an individualized training program and race week coaching on location in Denmark, South Africa, or Australia next year. Athletes from all countries welcome! Our 2018 ITU Age Group World Championship training packages includes:
- Individualized, and detailed online coaching 8 months leading up to your 2018 Age Group World Championship Event (Prescribed through Training Peaks)
- Race week & Race day coaching on location in Australia, Denmark, or South Africa.
- Individualized, and detailed strength and conditioning programming 10 months leading up to event. (Prescribed through Trainerize)
- Regular testing sessions to determine proper training paces, wattage, and loads.
- Continuous communication with the coach, including unlimited phone and email communication.
- Race day strategy and analysis sessions.
- Mental training and visualization sessions, when needed.
